B) Wait until the pointer stops wiggling and take a pH reading. C) Gently dry the test stick, insert it into the slot close to the tester, and store it.
Test for chlorine levels: 1.2 to 1.7ppm is recommended for swimming pool or spa water. A) Move the pointer to the "adjustment point" position. How to use:Storage method:
To extend the life of the swimming pool tester PC?104 and ensure accurate measurements
Adjustment Points: Before first use, adjust the tester for the pool or spa water to be tested in the following order: 1. Test the pool or spa water with traditional liquid testing tools; 2. Record the chlorine reading to Standby (1.5PPM); 3. No need to adjust PH. To find the tester`s adjustment point: A. Place an AA 1.5 V battery (positive side up) in the battery compartment of the handle. B. Hold the tester in one hand and the test stick in the other. C. Insert the cleaned metal rod into the water to the black position. D. Gently stir the water with a metal rod. E. When the metal rod is kept in the water, turn the knob on the front of the watch to the CL direction until it can no longer move. Then slowly back to the right until the pointer points to the position of the result measured by the traditional liquid test tool (eg 1.5). F. Remove the test rod from the water, being careful not to move the knob. The pointer will slide to the right, stopping at a letter between A and E. This letter is the adjustment point. NOTE: The meter must be adjusted to the "adjustment point" before each chlorine test.
Cleaned Probe: A) Using the 600 grit superfine sandpaper provided in the kit, gently rub the metal probe to remove any build up. B) Wash the probe with light soap and water; dry it with a clean paper towel C) Wait for 3~5 seconds to reduce static electricity.
