Features and advantages

TMC2209 drive mode is divided into two types: normal mode and UART mode
Normal mode:
In the normal mode, keep the three driver subdivision jumper caps on the motherboard when using, and then the pulse in the firmware is calculated according to the 16 subdivision and the knob on the pcb is used to adjust the drive current:

The maximum peak current is 2.5A, and the stable printing current is recommended not to exceed 1.8A.
UART mode:

When the motor is driven in LART mode, insert the jumper into the blue area, and the red area cannot be inserted into the jumper cap

Precautions
1. Be sure to disconnect the power before installing the driver to prevent the driver from burning.
2. Be sure to confirm the direction of the drive before installing the drive to prevent the drive from burning due to reverse connection.
3. Pay attention to the line sequence and I0 port when wiring, connecting the wrong line will directly cause the drive to fail to work, connect carefully corresponding to the diagram above
4. Do not plug or unplug the drive module with power on to avoid damage.
5. When installing the heat sink, make sure that the heat sink and the pin headers cannot be in contact with each other to prevent short circuits in the driver.
6. The product is sensitive to static electricity. Please handle it carefully when using it. It is best to remove the packaging when using it.
7. Be sure to heat the driver before use (heat sink, cooling fan)
