Instruction For Use
1. Set voltage and current:
In the operation interface, press the V/A button briefly to enter the setting voltage and current interface. The LCD downlink displays SET, CV flashes, and the setting voltage bit is selected and blinks. At this time, press the SW or coding potentiometer button briefly to switch the voltage bit selection, and adjust the setting voltage by rotating the encoder; Short press the V/A button again, the LCD downlink display CC flashes, the current setting bit is selected and flashes, short press the SW or coding potentiometer button to switch the current bit selection, and adjust the setting current by rotating the encoder; Short press the V/A button again to exit and save the setting value, and return to the operation interface; Press and hold the V/A key for 2 seconds or wait for 6 seconds without any key operation, then automatically exit and save the setting value, and return to the operation interface.
2. Quick setting of voltage or current:
In the parameter setting interface, set the parameter FET to CV or CC. In the operation interface, rotate the encoder to enter the setting voltage and current interface, Rotate the encoder to quickly set the voltage or current.
3. Set parameters:
1) In the operation interface, long press SW for 2 seconds to enter the parameter setting interface;
2) Short press SW to switch the parameters to be set, short press the encoder key to switch the bit selection, rotate the encoder and adjust the size of the parameters;
3) On the OAH/OPH/OHP interface, press the "ON/OFF" button briefly to select the opening or closing of the corresponding function. If it is closed, "----" will be displayed;
4) In the OAH/OPH parameter interface, long press "ON/OFF" (press the key to select the capacity range (9.999AH/9.999AH/99999AH, 9.999WH/999.9WH/9999WH);
5) After setting the parameters, long press the SW key for 2 seconds to exit the setting interface, and the setting parameters will be saved automatically.
4. Input and output voltage display:
Short press the SW key on the operation interface to switch the input and output voltage display.
5. Check power (W)/capacity (AH)/energy (WH)/time (H):
On the operation interface, press the encoder key briefly to switch the display of power (W)/capacity (AH)/energy (WH)/time (H)
6. Locking function:
On the operation interface, long press the encoder button for 2 seconds to lock the set voltage and current to prevent misoperation; After locking, long press the encoder key for 2 seconds to unlock.
7. Data group function
This product has a total of 10 sets of data from Cd0 to Cd9 (Cd8=12V Cd=24V is not adjustable). The data is saved to Cd0 by default. The specific view and modification methods are as follows:
1) Press and hold the V/A key for 2 seconds to enter the data group call out interface. The upper two lines display the set voltage value CV and the set current value CC of the data group, and the lower line displays the group number CD1~CD9;
2) Short press the V/A key to switch between setting voltage CV, setting current CC and data set number CD, and modify the parameter value through the encoder;
3) After the data group is confirmed, long press V/A to call up the data group and return to the operation interface;
8. Details of other functions:
1) Capacity/energy/running time statistics:
After the power is turned on (ON), the statistics will start automatically. After the power is turned off (OFF), the value of the last state will be displayed. After the power is turned on again (ON), the recording will start again automatically; On the corresponding interface, long press the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to reset the corresponding data automatically.
2) Set maximum capacity/maximum energy/maximum running time
2.1. Setting the maximum capacity (OAH)/energy (OPH): after starting the OAH/OPH function, when the statistical capacity/energy is higher than the set maximum capacity/energy, the power supply automatically turns off the output and flashes "OAH"/"OPH"; After the alarm is removed, the capacity/energy statistics will be cleared automatically;
2.2 Setting the maximum discharge time (OHP): When the OHP function is started, when the power supply operation time is greater than the set maximum discharge time, the power supply automatically turns off the output and flashes "OHP"; After the OHP alarm is removed, the time statistics will be cleared automatically;
This function can well realize the power supply of fixed quantity/timing.
Note: When OAP/OPH and OHP functions are not enabled, the power supply will automatically record the capacity/energy and operation time. After OAH/OPH and OHP functions are enabled, the power supply will automatically turn off the output when the set value is reached; After the OHP function is enabled, the running time of the power supply is in the countdown mode;
